A few months ago we was called to give a quote with regards to doing a job to clean & restore a Limestone stone floor in a house in the popular town which is called Loughborough in Leicestershire.
Before starting the cleaning of this homely looking Limestone stone floor, we removed the kick boards from the kitchen units and applied a solution of our superb product which was left to wait on the tile for twenty five minutes, before being worked in with a rotary machine fitted with a scrubbing black pad which is effective for this line of work.
We calmly used the cleaning stone floor product along the grout lines but scrubbed them using a stiff grout brush by hand to get them clean, when we were very satisfied with the results the soiled cleaning solution was removed with a wet vacuum and the floor rinsed with clean water to remove any trace of cleaning product before sealing.
We left the Limestone kitchen floor to dry over night, when we came back the next day to seal the tiles checking first that the floor had dried 100% (else sealing would not be possible due to having to allow floor to dry before sealing can begin this is always a must).
The clients mind was made up, he wanted a matt appearance so to seal the tiles a couple of coats of our effective product was applied, Maximum Pro Turbo is an impregnating sealer that soaks into the pores of the stone making them so other contaminates can’t become ingrained in the stone.
it also lifts the natural colours in the Limestone tiles as well, once the sealer had dried I then finished it all off with a quick buff using a white buffing pad fantastic for this line of work.
