We applied a high alkaline product to break down all the soils that had built up over the years in this heavily trafficked kitchen, after applying the solution everywhere we had to wait for a good fifteen minutes in order for the product to work efficiently and correctly. After a short time had passed we began to thoroughly scrub all the grime off it using our top of the range rotary machine with an attachable abrasive brush, this brush is a very harsh scrubbing brush so this will take any dirt that’s standing in its way. After we had efficiently finished scrubbing we then rinsed all the dirty soiled excess that was on the slate stone floor using our extraction wet pick up system which is a very high water pressured machine this machine will make sure it’s all rinsed out properly so there is no excuse for leaving residue behind. When the rinsing was complete we then dried out any puddles that were left over on the slate hard floor ready for it to be sealed in a few days time.

A few days later we returned and tested the floor to see if it was dry enough to seal which it was. We then began spraying an impregnated sealant on to the floor which penartrates into the stone and the tiny bubbles of the sealant will protect the tiny pores of the tile not allowing any spillages or dirt to stink into the slate floor!
